Night Revelation

Night Revelation depicts authority being given, instructions being sealed, and night time intercession bringing forth the things of God as Father moves through the yielded vessel at rest.

“In a dream, in a vision of the night, When deep sleep falls upon men, While slumbering on their beds, Then He opens the ears of men, And seals their instruction.” Job 33:15-16 (NKJV)

Father loves to connect with His children. And though many focus on connecting with God when we are awake and in prayer or worship or just talking to Him throughout the day, He is also able (and desirous) of communing with us in our times of rest as well. Generally as we sleep, we are more vulnerable because we are open and not resistant to the things of the spiritual realm. He gives visions, instructions, prophetic dreams, and even can use us to intercede as we rest. Truly, God can utilize sleep time in great and mighty ways.

But this is also a time the enemy likes to try to attack by bringing night terrors, nightmares, or demonic encounters. Father wants to redeem that time, reclaim what the enemy has tried to steal. Take back the night times previously filled with terror or nightmares, and use them instead in unimaginable ways of power, glory, and pleasing fellowship with Him. He wants us to welcome the night as time to be spent with Him, even in sleep, to bring great good into our lives.

And yes, the enemy may try to attack in the night still, just like he does in the day, but the Lord will teach strategy and warfare to overcome all the plans of the enemy. The Lord’s desire is to be King of our nights, as well as our days. The silver cord of life running between the sleeper and spirit man (Ecc 12:6) is a good touch from our Father.

So, shalom shalom to all when they sleep. Shalom, shalom to Your children. Thank You Father for freeing us of the fear of the night. Psalm 139:12 (AMPC) “Even the darkness hides nothing from You, but the night shines as the day; the darkness and the light are both alike to You.”
Loving Father, thank You for calling to us in our sleep, for drawing us into Your Presence. And as we rise into You, You impart revelation, prayers, intercessions and so much more into us. You give us Your keys to the kingdom, explain mysteries, giving us exactly what we need at the moment. How precious You are, desiring us always, whether we are awake or asleep. Teach us to mediate on You and Your word.
