Rugged Cross reminds us that just as Jesus was willing to fully surrender and yield and His life bore abundant fruit, likewise should we be willing to fully surrender and yield so our lives might bear abundant fruit.
- John 15:12-13 (NLT) This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
- John 15:5 (AMP) I am the Vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him bears much fruit, for [otherwise] apart from Me [that is, cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
