Very excited about this week’s Dyed4you Art release, Lamb of God, because we’re going to add it to our line of Dyed4you Art flags (which are available on Etsy)! We’ve been asked for a Lamb flag before, but didn’t have a piece that would work for it. So we’ve been waiting for Papa to download one – and He did! This is going to be part of a mismatched set (the other half will be released next week). This multi-art set were a recent surprise set of Prophetic “Portraits”. The Lamb of God is actually a derivative art piece to a commissioned piece we created recently that we have yet to share – more on that one later. Excited to introduce this new piece of Scripture Art called Hope and a Future. I had begun seeing a new Dyed4you Art image with a pregnant belly. Prompted by an upcoming baby shower for my goddaughter and inspired by a long-time friend and artist Laura, I was immediately reminded of her piece called Surely I Was Always (below). Very excited to introduce this week’s release (and not just because it features my hubby), a multiart set called Bondage Breaker including last week’s release, Bondage Breaker: the Sword, and a piece we are releasing this week called Bondage Breaker: the Shield. Last week, we released a new piece of Scripture Art called Sustained By Him. This week’s release is called Igniting Hearts. It is another Prophetic “Portrait” that later became Scripture Art and became the second half of a set called Zealous Abiders. We loved how this pairing of soaking in Him and passionate purpose came together with a beautiful reminder of how we should walk with Him. This week’s release is called Heavenly Ascent. It is based on the story of Jacob at Bethel with the dream of the angels ascending and descending from heaven. Earlier this year, we birthed a silk called Bethel (see video of a long flag in the Bethel style below). The flag in the video we share was the silk used in this art and we ultimately gifted both the flag and the art to our friends David and Claire of Called to Flag (read our whole post on our flags from them and more). You may have noticed some of the words with our art pieces are getting longer (e.g. last week’s release). Initially, we planned to offer 8×10 versions of the word because we know you guys like framing the word too sometimes, but we’ve realized that still truncates the flow because we’re still limited on space. So we’re simply going to let the words be whatever they are, however long they are. No worries, a 5×7 portion of the word will continue to come with your art! We’ll just note at the bottom if there was more to the prophetic download than was included 😉 Since we post the full words in the gallery on our site, you always have access and are welcome to print them out. The inspiration for this image, A Place to Tarry, came as I was using the silk that ended up in the image (Place of Closeness). As I was worshipping with the wing, it was as though God opened this lush place around me – I could almost smell the fragrances and feel the warm breeze – it was amazing.
