The name of this collection is Zealous Abiders. It is comprised a combination of Dyed4you Art images, the words of which are shared below as well as the download He shared concerning their combined meaning in addition to the name above. The images included in this collection are:
The scriptures that go with this set are:
- John 15:4-5 (AMPC) Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.] Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me. I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.
- Zechariah 4:6 (VOICE) Heavenly Messenger (changing the subject): The Eternal, Commander of heavenly armies, has said this to Zerubbabel: “Your strength and prowess will not be enough to finish My temple, but My Spirit will be.”…
- Mark 12:30 (NLT) And you must love the LORD your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’
There are those who are zealous for the LORD – they know and love God’s commandments well and, therefore, they become deeply jealous on His behalf when those commandments are broken. The most impactful of those zealous ones, are intentional about abiding in the Vine. They don’t lose sight of the source. Yeshua frequently went off alone to connect with the Father. He got refilled, recharged, and no doubt received His daily instructions from the Father by communing. Yeshua was and is the Master of Abiding. The Father shared that, “Zeal and an unquenchable desire to abide in Me both proceed from the place of love.” These zealous abiders are ones who love the Lord truly with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
A portion of an article from Bill Gaultiere of Soul Shepherding, Inc. called “Jesus’ Solitude and Silence” is connected to this.
Many Bible students miss the importance of Jesus’ Solitude and Silence. Every pastor, ministry leader, and caregiver — any disciple of Jesus! — needs to learn from Jesus’ example of intimacy with God….
Continually Jesus withdrew from people, daily life activities, and the demands of his ministry to be alone with the Father and pray. Jesus’ solitude and silence is a major theme in the Gospels. Study this in your Bible and you’ll Discover the Secret of Jesus’ Peace and Power.
The priority of Jesus’ solitude and silence is everywhere in the Gospels. It’s how he began his ministry. It’s how he made important decisions. It’s how he dealt with troubling emotions like grief. It’s how he dealt with the constant demands of his ministry and cared for his soul. It’s how he taught his disciples. It’s how he prepared for important ministry events. It’s how he prepared for his death on the cross.
Jesus’ solitude is how he went deeper in his love-relationship with the God he knew as Abba. Jesus invites us to join him.
A portion of a word from Elijah List called “Messengers Who Walk with God and Manifest His Kingdom” by Wayland Henderson is connected to this.
…the Body of Messiah is being called to a new season dedication to carry the weight of His glory that will bring in the harvest.
Enoch and Daily Communion
I believe one of the secrets God is revealing to us this season is found in one simple verse that declares, “Enoch walked with God until He was not for God took him” (Genesis 5:24)…Enoch walked with God in daily communion until he was finally taken by God…
There is a profound truth revealed when we understand the meaning of the name Enoch. Enoch’s name means: to “dedicate, or initiate”. It derives from the root word that means: “to train or discipline”. Enoch walked with God until Enoch “was not”. In the same way we must walk with Jesus as He trains us, disciples us and we become a was not. Simply put, they no longer see us, but Him only!
Walking in Intimacy
Just as Enoch walked with God and was being raptured into secret places of intimacy until he disappeared, we must walk in intimacy and discipleship with Jesus until we disappear and all that can be seen is Him in us…
The Kingdom Manifesting in Our Daily Walk
The truth that I want to communicate regarding the life of Enoch and the disciples walking with Jesus is unveiled as we look at the correlation between the meaning of the Hebrew words for “walk” and “kingdom”. The Hebrew words for kingdom, “mamlakah” and messenger “mal’ak” come from the same root word for walk “halak” which means: a person’s walk or daily lifestyle. One of the meanings of “mal’ak” or messenger is “a theophanic messenger or God manifesting in the form of a message through the messenger”.
The most profound place where the disciples saw the Kingdom manifested in the life of Jesus was not just in His miracles, signs and wonders but in His daily walk! The Kingdom of God should first be manifested in our walk or lifestyle, where the fruit and actions of our life are a reflection of the Jesus we preach…May God raise up messengers who understand and learn how to manifest the Kingdom in their daily walk, so the glory of God will be manifested with power for all to see!
A word from Elisa Eaton of Waiting in the Wings is connected to this. It is called “Remain In My Love”.
My dear anointed ones, weighty is your call to speak and act on My behalf. It is weighty with great honor for you are My chosen vessels. However, this mantle was never meant to be a weighty burden to you. It will only become so if you do not abide in Me. It is not your responsibility to carry the weight of your calling or your gifts. I have appointed you to carry the weight of My glory, the essence of Who I Am. I, in turn, carry you by the power of My Spirit. In this way, My yoke is made easy and My burden light.
Vessel, to do the work I have called you to, you must remain in My love. Live in My love. My world must become your predominate dwelling place, not the earth. Like a sea animal that is capable of life on both the land and in the waters, make every effort to return to the deep waters of My Spirit in between your daily activities in the world. When you are immersed in Me, I pour all of My love and life into you. This empowers you to pour out My love and life into the dry places in the earth.
Yes, there is nowhere that you can go where I Am not. In Me, all creation lives and moves and has its being. Yet the paradox of your existence is that, although you are always in Me, you must work to renew your intimate connection to Me through the practice of abiding. Take every opportunity to abide, Beloved. Draw aside and shift your gaze back towards Me, the lover of your soul. As much as possible, seek My ways and My thoughts.
By seeking your resting place in Me, it is there that I will recalibrate your attitude and perspective so that it remains in harmony with Me. If you do not do this, you will begin to feel your attitudes shift outside the frame of My love. You will find that your strength in Me begins to wane. It is then that you will feel the weight of your calling as you begin to resonate with the frequency of the world instead of the frequency of My love. Your thoughts will become misaligned in varying degrees if you do not return to My Presence for refreshing.
Precious one, there is grace in this process but this is the most vital key to your mission on earth. I want you to remember that, when you feel the weight of your calling, that is the time to seek Me. Do not hesitate. Do not look to the world for strength. Do not lament and beat yourself up in your human weaknesses, for you were never meant to go it alone. Return to My love and your resting place in Me, for this is where you were made to dwell. From this place of unity with Me, I will renew your strength and empower you to do every good work that I have called you to.
