Unburdened – Dyed4you Art

Unburdened reminds us to release anything weighing us down and not serving the highest good.

  • Matthew 11:28 (VOICE) Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
  • 1 Peter 5:7 (VOICE) Since God cares for you, let Him carry all your burdens and worries.
  • Psalms 55:22 (TPT) So here’s what I’ve learned through it all: Leave all your cares and anxieties at the feet of the Lord, and measureless grace will strengthen you.

A Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Release.”

1 Peter 5:7 (TPT) Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you.

Beloved, release all that is not serving you. For I desire that you would flourish and have abundant life. Just as a gardener pulls weeds and prunes to allow his plants to flourish to their fullest, so you must do for yourself. I AM fully able to take on the things that weigh on you, and to strengthen you to release all that is no longer needed.

So whether there are patterns of thought (like worry or fear), or patterns of behavior (like taking on responsibilities you have not been called to or that belong to someone else), or even physical patterns (like clutter that distracts you and steals your focus); whatever it may be that is holding you back from more growth, release it now. For you are worth cultivating and tending. You are dearly loved and valuable beyond measure, so cherish yourself accordingly.

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Find Your Rest in Me.”

Matthew 11:28 (GW) “Come to me, all who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest.

Beloved, refuse to be needlessly weighed down, carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders – a burden you were not intended to endure. Choose instead to trust Me. I am mindful of all the details, so place your cares and concerns in My capable hands, and trust Me to carry the load.

Find your rest in Me. Worrying is fruitless, so choose instead to be steadfast in faithful reliance on the One who loves you, who created you, and who cares for you. I AM All you need. Find your strength in Me.

Matthew 11:28-30 (GW) “Come to me, all who are tired from carrying heavy loads, and I will give you rest. Place my yoke over your shoulders, and learn from me, because I am gentle and humble. Then you will find rest for yourselves because my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

The “RELEASE” card from D4Yart Deck 1 is connected to this. The card is based on the “Releasing All” Dyed4you Art piece, and it reads, “It’s time to let go of that which is no longer needed. Be unburdened in heart, mind, and spirit. Sometimes the simplest way to achieve a sense of release is to declutter, so in your pursuit of spiritual matters be intentional to keep an eye to the physical as well, and start the energy around you moving by letting go of unneeded things.”

A word from Elisa Eaton of Waiting in the Wings is connected to this. It is called “Rest In My Strength.

2 Corinthians 12:9 (AMP) but He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you [My lovingkindness and My mercy are more than enough—always available—regardless of the situation]; for [My] power is being perfected [and is completed and shows itself most effectively] in [your] weakness.” Therefore, I will all the more gladly boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ [may completely enfold me and] may dwell in me.

Beloved, I am your strength. I am the very power that sustains your life. My ability to sustain you is much more than physical, and it is always available for you to draw on. However, never is My keeping power more apparent than in times when you feel the weakest. Yes, times of trial can be humbling. Through them, you learn to draw on My strength day to day, and moment to moment when necessary. But I do not wish for you lose sight of this truth, for this is who I am to all the days of your life.

Therefore, resist the urge to hide from Me during the day of your trouble. I can handle your questions, your tears, your doubts, and even your anger. Instead of running away from Me, run towards My loving embrace. I am your strong tower, your place of refuge. Together we will face every situation and thought that threatens to overcome you.

As you seek the shelter of My wings, I will illuminate the heart of the Scriptures to you. You will know peace even in the face of difficulty and uncertain times. I give peace not as the world gives it; My peace reminds you of the depth of My care for you—it is unending. It was never My intention that you face this world alone, struggling from day to day to find your way. All things are in My hand and I desire that you not only survive but thrive. It is My good pleasure and duty to be your comfort, provision, wisdom, vision, and hope. In the day of your trouble, rest in this truth, beloved; it will carry you through.

Remember, the stormy seas will calm. The onslaught of men will abate. The dawn will finally come. Good times will return to you, even though they may seem out of sight in this moment. And when they do come, be certain to take My perfect peace with you. Rest in My strength always, knowing that the one who cares for you will always keep you.

Proverbs 18:10 (NKJV) The name of the LORD [is] a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.

John 14:27 (NKJV) “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

1 Peter 5:7 (TPT) Pour out all your worries and stress upon him and leave them there, for he always tenderly cares for you.

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “My Everything {Moments with God}.

{Reminding myself} When I am weary, You renew my strength. And when I am tired, You give me rest. And when I am sad, You give me joy. And when I am lonely, You give me peace. In every moment and every season, You have what I need. So I will look to You at all times and hold fast to Your hand, for whatever need I’ll ever have – I know You have a plan. I’ll rest in You – in the shadow of Your wings, for You, my God, are my everything.

Matthew 11:28 (NLT) Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.

Psalm 57:1 (NLT) Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy! I look to you for protection. I will hide beneath the shadow of your wings until the danger passes by.

The “INVIGORATE” card from D4Yart Deck 2 is connected to this. The card is based on the “Dance with the Wind” Dyed4you Art piece, and it reads, “Take the time to play and allow Spirit to invigorate you – refreshing, revelation, and joy are yours for the taking. Like a sudden break in the clouds as rays of light burst through, may you see things that were previously masked, dimmed, or hidden. May you be invigorated and may you feel an unburdened lightness in your soul.”

A final Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “YHVH Shalom (the Lord your Peace).”

Mark 4:39 (VOICE) He got up, shouted words into the wind, and commanded the waves. Jesus: That’s enough! Be still! And immediately the wind died down to nothing, the waves stopped.

Beloved, I AM YHVH Shalom, the Lord your peace, the One who calms the storm. I AM the giver of peace and I AM peace itself. Rest in Me.

Beloved, I make no promises that the winds and waves won’t come. Instead I promise I AM with you to calm the waves – whether those be inner or outer – to bring peace. So trust in Me and wait, for I AM good and I AM faithful. Rest in Me.

A crystalline download from Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Arise and Go Higher.”

And suddenly there’s a break in the clouds and rays of light burst through in heavenly glory. May you see things that were previously masked, dimmed, or hidden. May the light lift you and take you higher. May you feel an unburdened lightness to your soul. Arise and go higher.

{Artist note} As I began listening for the download for this piece, I heard “release” followed by “unburdened.” I confess, initially, I argued with God a bit. You see I’d just spent the day doing some deep decluttering (in other words, physically releasing and unburdening). But as often happens, God was using something practical in my world as an object lesson for what He was wanting to communicate.

The fact is, the spiritual and natural realms often parallel one another. If we’re having difficulty releasing in one, a good way to start the momentum is to release in the other to begin the shift. So regardless of whether you’re releasing in one, the other, or both – trust that we serve a God who meets us where we are and will ease our burdens as we rest more and more fully in Him.

The name of the silk hidden in this image is Cast Your Cares. The colors in it are sand representing carried by the Lord, white representing peace, and light blue representing healing.

Father, may we release anything holding us back. For we desire to grow and flourish – to walk in the fullness of all You have for us. We choose trust over fear, peace over anxiety, and in all things joy.
