Accepted and Loved

Accepted and Loved reminds us that we flourish and thrive as we abide in God’s presence. It reminds us that when we dwell with Him, He never leaves us or forsakes us. And finally, we’re reminded that when we are intentional to meet with God in the quiet of our hearts, we create a garden enclosed – a secret, safe place of intimacy, to rest and remain with Him.

• Deuteronomy 31:6 (NKJV) “Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”

Beloved, I’ve set you apart, for you are Mine and Mine alone. Your heart belongs to Me. You are accepted and chosen, cherished and loved. I AM devoted to you – you mean the world to Me.

Rest in My favor. Be shored up by My strength. For My love is steadfast and true. My eyes are upon you, My ear is attentive, and My heart is forever true. So rest in My goodness, and rest in My love. Flourish in the safe place that My affection grants you. It’s now time to blossom and come to fullness of joy, to bloom nourished by the love that surrounds you.

During the creation of this piece, God had us include falling red petals in the image. He’s used this imagery before in our Dyed4you Art piece “Raining His Love,” and it was also used in a prophetic piece by David Munoz. As often happens in relationships, certain things take on deeper meanings as they are used as a mutual reference. This is the case with the falling petals, which He uses to symbolize His outpouring of love over us. It’s as though we can feel the gentle touch of the soft petals and are surrounded by their heady fragrance. In the same way, His love is overwhelming in the most beautiful of ways – full and experiential.

Beloved, your worship brings Me such pleasure – it is a treasured gift to Me. When you pour forth your praise with unreserved abandon from a heart filled with gratitude it is precious to Me – like a sweet, fragrant offering before My throne.

So hold nothing back and bring forth your sound. Lay it all out for My glory because I AM worthy. Let the cadence you set be in harmony with the heartbeat of heaven. Holy! Holy! Holy! Rejoice for I AM your God!

Beloved, there can be a fine line between living your life in a state of striving and operating from a place of rest. The difference between striving and rest comes when you try to create a rhythm in life as opposed to quieting yourself and simply finding it. I created all life to exist in the flow and rhythm of My Spirit. From the waters of creation, My Spirit has guided all things to flow according to My will. It knows My perfect pattern and plan by which all life can flourish and prosper.

Just as a drummer must hold the rhythm of a song in his or her heart and mind to execute it, so you must press in for the rhythm of My Spirit to live by it. My Spirit stands ready to usher you into your place of rest and abundant life in Me. Just as it was in the garden, I long to walk with you and guide you through every moment, day, and season of your life.

Beloved, will you draw near and grasp ahold of what I offer you? Will you listen for the sound of My Presence moving through the garden of your heart each day? Let your spiritual ears be opened, that you might catch the rhythm of My Spirit and live by it.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 (NIV) There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens….

Galatians 5:25 (VOICE) Now since we have chosen to walk with the Spirit, let’s keep each step in perfect sync with God’s Spirit.

Matthew 11:29-30 (NIV) Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Isaiah 58:11 (VOICE) The Eternal One will never leave you; He will lead you in the way that you should go. When you feel dried up and worthless, God will nourish you and give you strength. And you will grow like a garden lovingly tended; you will be like a spring whose water never runs out.

Beloved, let My love wash over you and soothe the broken, dry places. Be saturated in My presence – no longer dry and brittle, but supple and flexible. I AM the potter and you are the clay. When clay becomes dry and difficult to work with, water makes it pliable and easy to mold. 

So be saturated by My Spirit. Become fully yielded in My hands. In the same way dried clay can be broken, but supple, wet clay simply adapts and changes shape, so I have created you to flourish regardless of what comes your way. Saturate yourself in Me, and be whole.

Psalm 16:11 (NKJV) You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Beloved, know that I have given you fullness of joy because I have granted you complete access to My Presence. Resist the urge to become discouraged when the earthly realm shifts your focus and you feel out of alignment with Me. Simply stop, take a breath, and seek Me. Look to the Cross and remember that the way has been paved back into the Garden of My Presence. Your old life is gone and I have made you new. The newness of life that you now have is eternal and lived by faith, and daily I call you to discover what that means.

There is grace upon grace upon grace as you learn how to remain in the flow of abundant life. As much as possible, resist feeling pressured or rushed by the earthly realm. While to the world may seem to be overpowering, it is I, your God, that holds power over all. Victory is not waiting for you in some distant future; victory is available now through My Spirit.

Now it the time to come into My rest. Simply learn to “be” in Me. I created you for freedom, therefore, feel free to live, and move, and have your being in Me. You exist that I might delight in you and that you might delight in Me. Holy pleasure is found as you cease from striving and remain at rest and life-union with your Creator.

Therefore, I say, take of the fruit of the tree of life—My Word. My Word holds the answer to every question you have, it is the antidote to whatever ails you, it is your vision and wisdom, and it contains all of the promises I have given to you. By partaking of My Word—My very nature—your inner life is renewed daily. As your thoughts and perspective become as My own, the uncontainable joy of life will come bursting forth from within you.

John 10:10 (VOICE) The thief approaches with malicious intent, looking to steal, slaughter, and destroy; I came to give life with joy and abundance.

John 4:14 (NLT) But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.”

Beloved, regardless of the situation you find yourself in, I AM with you and I AM listening. Even when you’re in a crisis of your own making, I don’t turn my back to punish or desert you. I love you. And even when you walk through fire I AM with you – in fact, especially then. 

I’m no fair weather friend. I’m not a “sometimes” god. I AM steadfast and I AM able. And whether the trap you find yourself in is one of your own making or one set to ensnare you, I AM fully able to move on your behalf, if you but yield to Me.

The second Prophetic Nugget is called “I AM Still Good.”

Psalm 86:2 (TPT) Guard my life, for I’m your faithful friend, your loyal servant for life. I turn to you in faith, my God, my hero; come and rescue me!

Beloved, when you call to Me, I answer. And when you need Me, I AM there. I may not remove the consequences of poor choices, but I AM fully able to help you navigate challenging circumstances and work them for your good.

Choose to be faithful. Choose to be steadfast. Choose to walk with Me. But even when your actions diverge from your intent, still I AM with you and still I AM good. So cling fast to My promise, for it is bedrock.

The third Prophetic Nugget is called “Choose to Trust.”

Psalm 86:3 (TPT) Lord God, hear my constant cry for help; show me your favor and bring me to your fountain of grace!

Beloved, I hear every word that falls from your lips (whether you’re addressing them to Me or not). Resist the urge to think I’m unfeeling or unmoved simply because I respond differently than you hope or perhaps think I should.

I AM the Alpha and I AM the Omega. I AM the first and last. My perspective is beyond your comprehension, so choose to trust My judgement. And choose to trust My counsel. And yield to My direction, and know it’s for your good. 

The fourth Prophetic Nugget is called “Faithful to Restore.”

Psalm 86:4 (TPT) Restore joy to your loving servant once again, for all I am is yours, O God.

Beloved, receive My joy as you rest in My presence. Be refreshed in your time with Me. For all that I AM is holy and true, and I pour My love out over you. Be saturated and satisfied, and be restored.

I AM the God who makes all things new. And I AM the God who redeems. Nothing is too hard for Me, and I AM all you need. So rest in Me and release your cares – cast them all on Me. For I AM faithful, beloved, forevermore. And faithful I’ll always be.

Numbers 23:19 (NIV) God is not human, that he should lie not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?

Precious child, I have set My love upon you. My love is sure and the most stable truth of all. My heart is not fickle like that of a human, able to be hot one moment and cold the next. I do not grow bored, weary, or impatient. My affections for you do not depend upon how well or how poorly you perform; in fact, you cannot earn what I have already given you freely. And having given you My love, know, dear child, that that love is irrevocable.

I have claimed you as My own and sealed your adoption through the Blood of the Lamb. Every time you stumble and fall, know surely that I will lift you up. I will dust you off, heal your hurts, and help you get your footing again. During the times you come face to face with your weaknesses, turn to me and allow My perfect love to wash over you and strengthen you. My love is always present and available, waiting for you to grasp ahold of it. I will give sureness to your steps again and hold your hand as you continue to walk the path of life. I will never abandon you.

If ever your fears tempt you to question My affections and intentions toward you, resist the urge to run and hide in shame. Instead, remind yourself of Who I Am. I Am your Father. I Am your Redeemer. I Am Faithful. Most of all, I Am love, and My love is unwavering.

2 Corinthians 6:18 (TPT) I will be a true Father to you, and you will be my beloved sons and daughters,” says the Lord Yahweh Almighty.

Romans 8:38-39 (TPT) So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!

{Sensing} God is pouring out His love over you in a new way that you can relish and receive. Any orphan spirit is gone; and you are to live, breathe and move in the flow of His real love for you. It is a new freedom for you. He is sweeping you up in His arms of love.  

The name of the silk hidden in this image is Spirit of Adoption. The colors in it are golden yellow representing casting out darkness, orange representing praise, pink representing Jesus loves me this I know, and indigo representing songs of deliverance. 

Father, may we intentionally cultivate our garden enclosed. May we make room for intimacy with You. May we dance and worship, dwell together and share our hearts. May we know one another well, and may we rest in the knowledge we are known, loved, and fully accepted. Let all that comes forth from that cultivated place bring You glory, and may we flourish under Your loving care.
