Look Ahead reminds us to keep our hearts set on what God has in store for us. Regardless of how long it takes for His promises to manifest, He is faithful and true. So though they may seem to tarry, and sometimes we may not understand His ways, still we know His promises come forth in His perfect timing and His perfect way. So we choose to wait and trust in Him.
- 1 Corinthians 2:7-9 (TLB) Our words are wise because they are from God, telling of God’s wise plan to bring us into the glories of heaven. This plan was hidden in former times, though it was made for our benefit before the world began. But the great men of the world have not understood it; if they had, they never would have crucified the Lord of Glory. That is what is meant by the Scriptures which say that no mere man has ever seen, heard, or even imagined what wonderful things God has ready for those who love the Lord.
- Revelation 21:4 (AMPC) God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.

Revelation 21:4 (AMPC) God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall be no more, neither shall there be anguish (sorrow and mourning) nor grief nor pain any more, for the old conditions and the former order of things have passed away.
Beloved, resist the urge to get swept up in the cares and pains of this world. Remember that your time on earth is like the blink of an eye, while My Kingdom is everlasting. Sorrow may last for a night, but remember to embrace the joy of the new day – for it always comes.
The griefs and trials of today will pass, so be intentional to look ahead and align with eternity. Grieve, but don’t be overcome with grief. Trust My heart. Trust My plan. Allow My Spirit to comfort and encourage you. Rest in Me. Rely on Me. Hide yourself in Me. And look ahead.

Revelation 1:8 (AMP) “I am the Alpha and the Omega [the Beginning and the End],” says the Lord God, “Who is [existing forever] and Who was [continually existing in the past] and Who is to come, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all].”
Beloved, be expectant. I AM coming. Yes, you see darkness all around you, but I have placed in you My light for all to see. So shine and shine brightly. Be a beacon reminding all of the joyous promise of My coming.
Do not despair for the world around you, rather focus on bringing truth and shining brightly into every corner that all may see and know: hold on – I AM is coming.

1 Corinthians 2:9 (AMPC) …as the Scripture says, What eye has not seen and ear has not heard and has not entered into the heart of man, [all that] God has prepared (made and keeps ready) for those who love Him [who hold Him in affectionate reverence, promptly obeying Him and gratefully recognizing the benefits He has bestowed].
Beloved, you cannot begin to imagine what I have prepared for you. You couldn’t begin to dream up the things I’m making ready and in fact have already made. But rather than being focused on what is coming, keep your eyes and heart on Me.
Seek to obey My word. Strive to be intentional in gratitude. Overflow Me with your reverential worship and ardent affection. Make Me your divine obsession. And even as your heart and mind stay fixed on Me, wait in faithful, hope-filled expectation for Me to move on your behalf in every area of your life, for you know that you know I AM good.

Habakkuk 2:3 (KJV) For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak and not lie. Though it tarry, wait for it, because it will surely come; it will not tarry.
Beloved, resist the urge to be frustrated when promises seem to be delayed, for you know that I AM good to My word and I will bring all that I have promised to pass. I watch over My word to perform it.
So allow such moments of seeming holdup to stretch your faith, and yield to My growing process. I do all things with purpose and intention, and I AM using all things for good. So embrace the trials of waiting with joy knowing My hand is at work.

Look ahead, beloved
For the time has yet to come
For tears to cease to flow
And death to be no more
Wait for it, beloved
Though it tarries, it tarries notKeep your eyes fixed, beloved
Much seeks to steal your focus
Remember I AM sovereign
And My promises are matchless
Trust in them, beloved
Though they tarry, they tarry notBe steadfast now, beloved
Though earthy death may come
My answer to prayer could seem unkind
And yet, My love it knows no bounds
Hold fast to Me, beloved
Though clarity may tarry, it tarries notStay strong in faith, beloved
Though winds and waves assault
You know that I AM coming
My Word is faithful and true
Wait and prepare, beloved
Though I tarry, I tarry notRejoice with Me, beloved
For the victory is assured
Death has been defeated
Pain and sorrow will be no more
Believe with Me, beloved
Though the vision tarries, it tarries notBehold, I AM coming
Look ahead
