This commemorative piece was created a couple of years ago. It was commissioned by someone for a couple who had just lost a child near the end of their pregnancy. The image include several personal elements including the baby’s actual footprints (upper left) and an image of the parents (lower center). The recipients were blessed by the gift. Below is the comments the wife shared online with the image:
[We] got this print from our dear friends tonight. Our friend Meghan Williams made it. It’s her rendering of our precious Zachary entering Heaven. If you look in the top left corner, you can see Zachary’s actual footprints. And there’s a picture of [us] kneeling together in the center. It was taken not long after we lost him when we knelt together in the middle of the dance circle at church and allowed The Father to touch and minister to us in our grief. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything so beautiful! The outpouring we’ve received in the wake of Zachary’s death has just been incredible. Thank you all so very much! We love you!
