Garden of His Love

Garden of His Love represents the quiet place of fellowship with the Lord where we are bathed in His love, and when we are saturated in His love we cannot help but be transformed. 

• Romans 8:38-39 (TPT) So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that his love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken his love. There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from Gd’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!

Beloved, I AM love. It is not simply that I love you without measure, but that I AM love itself. And you are made in My image. So love like Me – without restraint or limitation, without taking offense or growing impatient – love as I love. 

Love doesn’t mean always agreeing with someone, but it does mean being kind and long suffering when you don’t agree. And love doesn’t mean allowing yourself to be abused, but it does mean hoping for the best about that person and releasing them to Me.

So, beloved, choose to love and love well. For walking in love shares your faith faster and more effectively than any words could accomplish. And loving well makes you more and more like Me.

Beloved, I AM love. So if you truly know Me and reflect Me, you too will love – unreserved and without exception. You know those who know Me by the fruit that they bear. Those who do not walk in love do not truly know Me. So walk in love because you do. 

Those who have been given much are able to be generous. Be generous with love. Resist the urge to withhold it because someone has acted in an unloving way – that speaks to their character, but your response speaks to yours. 

Those who truly know Me, have felt the fullness of My love and know how limitless it is. They receive, and then like a vessel filled to overflowing they pour out that love to others from their abundant supply. So love and love well – refusing to withhold – knowing that you too will be recognized by your love.

Psalm 16:11 (NKJV) You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Beloved, know that I have given you fullness of joy because I have granted you complete access to My Presence. Resist the urge to become discouraged when the earthly realm shifts your focus and you feel out of alignment with Me. Simply stop, take a breath, and seek Me. Look to the Cross and remember that the way has been paved back into the Garden of My Presence. Your old life is gone and I have made you new. The newness of life that you now have is eternal and lived by faith, and daily I call you to discover what that means.

There is grace upon grace upon grace as you learn how to remain in the flow of abundant life. As much as possible, resist feeling pressured or rushed by the earthly realm. While the world, at times, may seem to be overpowering, it is I, your God, that holds power over all. Victory is not waiting for you in some distant future; victory is available now through My Spirit.

Now is the time to come into My rest. Simply learn to “be” in Me. I created you for freedom, therefore, feel free to live, and move, and have your being in Me. You exist that I might delight in you and that you might delight in Me. Holy pleasure is found as you cease from striving and remain at rest and life-union with your Creator.

Therefore, I say, take of the fruit of the tree of life—My Word. My Word holds the answer to every question you have, it is the antidote to whatever ails you, it is your vision and wisdom, and it contains all of the promises I have given to you. By partaking of My Word—My very nature—your inner life is renewed daily. As your thoughts and perspective become as My own, the uncontainable joy of life will come bursting forth from within you.

John 10:10 (VOICE) The thief approaches with malicious intent, looking to steal, slaughter, and destroy; I came to give life with joy and abundance.

John 4:14 (NLT) But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.”

Beloved, let My love wash over you and soothe the broken, dry places. Be saturated in My presence – no longer dry and brittle, but supple and flexible. I AM the potter and you are the clay. When clay becomes dry and difficult to work with, water makes it pliable and easy to mold. 

So be saturated by My Spirit. Become fully yielded in My hands. In the same way dried clay can be broken, but supple, wet clay simply adapts and changes shape, so I have created you to flourish regardless of what comes your way. Saturate yourself in Me, and be whole.

Beloved, I will not share first place in your heart with another. You are My beautiful treasure, apple of My eye, the center of My world. Truly, you cannot fathom the depths of My love for you nor the lengths I will go to for you. You are not something I take lightly. 

So beloved, be mindful not to take Me lightly nor the things that are important to Me.  In the same way that it hurts you if someone important to you dismisses something deeply meaningful to you, it crushes Me as well. You are made in My image – the hurts you feel are ones I feel too, as are the longings. Make knowing My heart a priority. The joy that will come from the intimacies we share the deeper we go are greater than you can imagine.

Hebrews 4:1 (TPT) Now God has offered to us the same promise of entering into his realm of resting in confident faith. So we must be extremely careful to ensure that we all embrace the fullness of that promise and not fail to experience it.

Beloved, let Me be your resting place. No longer need you be weary and heavy laden, working for that which has already been purchased for you. Instead, come to Me and learn how to be at home in My Spirit. For I have created you that you might abide in Me and I in you. Just as an earthly husband and wife find a mutual sense of belonging and security with one another, so you too can find an even deeper level of belonging and security in your union with Me. 

Resist the urge to try to earn your way into My Presence. For your place in Me has already been assured. Cease from striving, and instead learn how to just be in Me. While works through the law once had its place and served a purpose in the plan of redemption, remember that righteousness by My Spirit has now come to bring about perfection. Therefore, partner with Me by simply letting go. Allow My Spirit to strengthen, empower, and undergird you. Let My wisdom, counsel, knowledge, and understanding be as your own. No longer need you rely on your own resources anymore; I Am your life and I desire you to have that life in full abundance.

Just as the dove was sent from the ark to find a resting place, know that the dove of My Spirit will alight and remain upon you when you are in a place of rest in your soul. Trust Me and trust the anointing that abides within you. Know that you are no longer alone and wandering in this world. The light of My Presence is always with you and indeed, it is here to bring you into your rest.

Exodus 33:14 (NKJV) And He said, “My Presence will go [with you], and I will give you rest.”

Beloved, a heart full of praise is the key to My presence. Approach Me with gratitude, love, and sincerity – I will not turn away. Allow the overflow of your heart to manifest – whether it be in outstretched arms or bended knee, I AM with you. 

For I lavish My love on My children. And when that love is reciprocated, My heart is deeply moved. So draw close, beloved. Find time to be with Me. May we abide together, and be refreshed.

The Father is speaking the words “freedom” and “release” over you. You are invited to enter the Garden of His Love to bask in His Presence. You don’t have to ask or wonder if you belong, for this is the place you were created to dwell. You have been called to His everlasting joy and peace. His unending love is yours, and you can have as much as you desire! The heart of God is your place of rest, your home. Dwell with Him and find freedom in His Presence. And out of this secure place in God, watch as rivers of living water flow through you.
