Embrace the Adventure depicts one prepared and ready for the journey ahead, and so he faces the future boldly and without fear as he trusts his path in God’s capable hands.

  • Isaiah 43:19 (VOICE) Watch closely: I am preparing something new; it’s happening now, even as I speak, and you’re about to see it. I am preparing a way through the desert; Waters will flow where there had been none.
  • Joshua 1:9 (AMP) Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
  • James 1:17 (VOICE) Every good gift bestowed, every perfect gift received comes to us from above, courtesy of the Father of lights. He is consistent. He won’t change His mind or play tricks in the shadows.

A Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Write the Vision.”

Revelation 21:5 (NLT) And the one sitting on the throne said, “Look, I am making everything new!” And then he said to me, “Write this down, for what I tell you is trustworthy and true.”

Beloved, listen to My voice and heed My direction. Make note of what I’m saying. For there will come a time when you look back and think, “Surely the Lord didn’t speak so clearly,” or “Surely He didn’t really tell me where we were going before we began.”

And yet beloved, I do just that. I want you to see My hand in your life. I want you to be confident you hear My voice. So write the vision and make it plain. Take note and see, precious one, that I AM speaking and you are listening.

Habakkuk 2:2-3 (GW) Then the Lord answered me, “Write the vision. Make it clear on tablets so that anyone can read it quickly. The vision will still happen at the appointed time. It hurries toward its goal. It won’t be a lie. If it’s delayed, wait for it. It will certainly happen. It won’t be late.

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Focus on the Things Ahead.”

Isaiah 43:18 (NIV) “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.

Beloved, put your focus on the things ahead. Resist the urge to get mired in the past. Yes, it is wise to learn from past mistakes, but refuse to get caught up in those momentary failures or allow them to mandate your present.

In the same way, refuse to allow the highs of past victories to distract you from moving forward. I take you from glory unto glory, so refuse to settle for less. Continue moving forward to new adventures and victories that I have awaiting you.

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Embrace the Adventure.”

Psalm 62:5 (NKJV) My soul, wait silently for God alone, For my expectation [is] from Him.

Beloved, hold loosely that which is to come. Trust Me, and trust in My plans – even when they take unexpected form. For I AM good, and My plans for you are good – regardless of whether they are expected or not.

So embrace the adventure. Trust Me to be at work on your behalf, and make each step as I lead you. You need not see the journey’s end when you begin, for therein lies the essence of faith. So embrace the adventure, and rest your expectations in Me.

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “I AM the Way Maker.”

Isaiah 43:19 (NLT) For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

Beloved, get ready for what comes next. I love to surprise you and to stretch you. So prepare your heart for My plans, whatever they may be. Enjoy the journey – with all its twists and turns, for you know that I AM with you and at work in it all for good.

Cultivate a sense of expectancy based on who you know I AM. Wait with joy as you step out in faith knowing I AM making the way straight for you. Look for My hand at work, and rejoice and give glory to Me. For, beloved, I AM the way maker and nothing is too hard for Me.

A Word called “A Heart for Adventure” from Elisa Eaton of Waiting in the Wings is connected to this.

Beloved, when I open the door into a new day and new season in your life, know with certainty that I have prepared you and empowered you for all that is ahead. You’ve taken many steps to get to where you are today, and you have learned many lessons along the way. Trust Me, for I am a good Father and Teacher; I always equip you to succeed wherever I call you to go.

As you take steps into this new terrain, be circumspect. Guard your heart against the fears that arise and attempt to keep you from moving forward. For stepping into new beginnings requires that you leave your comfort zone. And while the old territory you have taken is familiar and may feel safe, you have outgrown this space. The time has come to leave the old behind and expand into new territory and dominion.

The thought of exploring and conquering the new may seem overwhelming at first. But remember, I have poured out grace for you to walk through this opened door. For now, I only call you to be responsible for the spiritual skills you have mastered to this point. I have opened this new door because you have been tested and found faithful in the lessons I have taught you.

Therefore, resist the urge to get overwhelmed and fearful over the things that you don’t yet know. For why would I hold you accountable for that which I have yet to instruct you in? Yes, I have prepared new lessons, a new level of anointing, and new mysteries in the journey ahead. But fear not, beloved child, for you are on a continuing adventure. As with every open door, I always present you with a new opportunity to explore the Kingdom and the depths of My Word. What I have set before you is good, and I will empower you to master the new, if your heart is willing.

I will never leave you or forsake you on this journey, beloved. Have I not promised to keep you in all things? Therefore, cast your anxieties upon Me. Release the cloak of fear, and, instead, be bold and courageous, clothing yourself with a heart for adventure for the new journey ahead.

Joshua 1:7, 9 (AMP) Only be strong and very courageous; be careful to do [everything] in accordance with the entire law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, so that you may prosper and be successful wherever you go…. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous! Do not be terrified or dismayed (intimidated), for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Isaiah 43:19 (VOICE) Watch closely: I am preparing something new; it’s happening now, even as I speak, and you’re about to see it. I am preparing a way through the desert; Waters will flow where there had been none.

And a final Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “I AM YHVH Manowc (the Lord your Refuge).”

Psalm 91:2-3 (AMP) I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!” For He will save you from the trap of the fowler, And from the deadly pestilence.

Beloved, I AM YHVH Manowc – the Lord your refuge. I AM your safe place in good times and in bad. I AM the One who will never desert you, nor change My heart toward you. I AM steadfast, and I AM fully able. Rest in Me.

[Repeatedly it’s been highlighted to me how often God directs us to “rest” – “rest in Him”, “rest in His love” – simply to rest. He says it so often that I had begun to wonder if maybe the problem was me. That *I* wasn’t hearing correctly because what I was hearing was so often the same. But just as that thought moves me to a place of striving from a place of yielded listening, He told me that He’s reminding us exactly because our natural inclination is towards striving rather than rest. To learn to rest – to fully yield to Him, takes discipline and repetition. So yes, He’s repeating Himself. He’s doing so because we need the constant, gentle reminders so that we don’t fall into the trap of relying on self rather than yielding to Him. May we be intentional to stay in a place of rest, and to receive His gentle nudges with the love they’re intended.]

Psalm 91:1-16 (AMP) He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will remain secure and rest in the shadow of the Almighty [whose power no enemy can withstand]. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust [with great confidence, and on whom I rely]!” For He will save you from the trap of the fowler, And from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you and completely protect you with His pinions, And under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and a wall. You will not be afraid of the terror of night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day, Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, Nor of the destruction (sudden death) that lays waste at noon. A thousand may fall at your side And ten thousand at your right hand, But danger will not come near you. You will only [be a spectator as you] look on with your eyes And witness the [divine] repayment of the wicked [as you watch safely from the shelter of the Most High]. Because you have made the Lord, [who is] my refuge, Even the Most High, your dwelling place, No evil will befall you, Nor will any plague come near your tent. For He will command His angels in regard to you, To protect and defend and guard you in all your ways [of obedience and service]. They will lift you up in their hands, So that you do not [even] strike your foot against a stone. You will tread upon the lion and cobra; The young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot. “Because he set his love on Me, therefore I will save him; I will set him [securely] on high, because he knows My name [he confidently trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never abandon him, no, never]. “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. “With a long life I will satisfy him And I will let him see My salvation.”

{Hearing} Remember, beloved, no matter where you go – I AM your refuge, your shelter in life’s storms. So though the journey may take you to places unknown, I AM with you. And though the adventure may take unexpected turns, I’m never caught off guard. No matter what, no matter where, I AM your safe place to turn. So look forward with joyous anticipation because I AM with you to guard you and sustain you, so enjoy the journey and embrace it head on.

Father, thank You for the joy to embrace the journey ahead, to move forward with anticipation rather than dread or fear, and to walk with confidence knowing we can trust the preparation you’ve given us. May You be glorified in all we do, and may we stay in perfect step with Your plans.
