The drummer makes us aware of the time in the Spirit—a spiritual time-keeper. This isn’t just as you play, but as you walk in life, you have the ability to know the times and seasons of the Spirit.
As you remain close to the King’s heart, it will help you release His cadence into the earth. Tap into the sound of the beat of His heart. Let that sound flow through you for it will also move the feet of His people.
You don’t have to look to others to know the time. For as each instrument of the Body stays aligned in the Spirit, all will sense and stay attuned to His time. Be bold, tap in, and release the sound.
Even in the creation of this piece, God emphasized timing. It felt almost as though it was being delayed, but then all the pieces came together in a glorious crescendo. This was a beautiful reminder for us to be willing to have patience, and let the power of that patience build. We always need to operate in that patience, and not rush the tempo. That way when the time comes for release the sound has such a powerful release that nothing can stop its rolling thunder from bringing unity in the body of Christ.

Beloved, listen for My sound. Listen for My heartbeat. Listen for the sound of Me moving – taking action. Tune in your spiritual senses to My frequency so you may be alert to how I AM moving. I want you to know. I do not want you to be surprised. I want you aligned with Me – in step with My cadence – so catch My rhythm and move with Me.
When we align, the results that come forth have supernatural impact. Like when the walls of Jericho fell at the sound of the blasts and the shouts of Israel, when My people align with Me – My heartbeat, My rhythm, My sound – and move with Me, I move in power and darkness trembles. Hear Me, beloved, and move with My sound!

Beloved, there can be a fine line between living your life in a state of striving and operating from a place of rest. The difference between striving and rest comes when you try to create a rhythm in life as opposed to quieting yourself and simply finding it. I created all life to exist in the flow and rhythm of My Spirit. From the waters of creation, My Spirit has guided all things to flow according to My will. It knows My perfect pattern and plan by which all life can flourish and prosper.
Just as a drummer must hold the rhythm of a song in his or her heart and mind to execute it, so you must press in for the rhythm of My Spirit to live by it. My Spirit stands ready to usher you into your place of rest and abundant life in Me. Just as it was in the garden, I long to walk with you and guide you through every moment, day, and season of your life.
Beloved, will you draw near and grasp ahold of what I offer you? Will you listen for the sound of My Presence moving through the garden of your heart each day? Let your spiritual ears be opened, that you might catch the rhythm of My Spirit and live by it.

Catch the sounds that are coming, and fall into the rhythm of Me. I am in every note, each beat, and every cadence. As you come into alignment with the sound, you are aligning with Me and My Kingdom. You have the ability to bring that sound into this natural atmosphere. I urge you to do so. Let heaven invade earth.
Launch My sound into the air and watch how things shift and change for the better. Surround yourself with My symphony. My sound can even change outcomes. The sound of rustling in the mulberry trees brought about a great victory. As the sound of rain signals a blessing from Me, listen for My sounds.
How did I create the Earth and every living thing? I spoke it into existence. There is great power in My sound. Attune your ears to Me.

Beloved, be led by the sound of the beat of My heart. Resist the call of the world, which seeks to guide you through fear, guilt, and shame. You are My delight, and I created you for relationship with Me. Knowing Me is about so much more than a list of do’s and don’ts. It’s about more than work, projects, deadlines, and commissions.
Although I have placed purpose within you, your work in this world is still an avenue for your personal connection with Me. I have ordained that each day and every experience would provide you with opportunities to explore the depth of My heart. When you give in to the fear that you are performing wrong or disappointing Me, it creates unnecessary walls of separation between us. Remember: I desire to work with you, in you, and through you. Release the desire to determine what this journey must look like, for My plans for you cannot remain in the box of your understanding. Allow Me to lead and let us move together, always together, beloved.
Therefore, cease from striving and worrying. Fear not, for you do not have to go it alone. Take My hand, and let me lead you in this wondrous dance called life. Lay your head upon My chest, bask in the songs I’m singing over you, and let your feet be moved by their melody. Allow My Presence to intertwine with every area of your life. As you yield to My constant leading, joy, peace, and hope will overflow.
