Mighty Warrior depicts the one called, commissioned, and empowered by God who boldly stands his ground ready for whatever may come.

  • Isaiah 22:22 (NLT) I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.
  • Judges 6:12 (NLT) The angel of the Lord appeared to him and said, “Mighty hero, the Lord is with you!”
  • Colossians 2:7-10 (TPT) Your spiritual roots go deeply into his life as you are continually infused with strength, encouraged in every way. For you are established in the faith you have absorbed and enriched by your devotion to him! Beware that no one distracts you or intimidates you in their attempt to lead you away from Christ’s fullness by pretending to be full of wisdom when they’re filled with endless arguments of human logic. For they operate with humanistic and clouded judgments based on the mindset of this world system, and not the anointed truths of the Anointed One. For he is the complete fullness of deity living in human form. And our own completeness is now found in him. We are completely filled with God as Christ’s fullness overflows within us. He is the Head of every kingdom and authority in the universe!

In the Hebrew pictograph language, the letter dalet represents a door or an impoverished and humble man. One could say that the key to opening the door to each new level of our spiritual development requires us to empty ourselves. We must decrease, that God may increase in us (John 3:30). Our moments of weakness and vulnerability ironically unleash God’s perfect strength.

Indeed, there is no greater love that we can demonstrate to God than to lay down our desires and plans, and sincerely seek His desires and plans first. Being perfect love, He never demands His way. Therefore, our choice to yield, even when it hurts, is a sweet love offering before Him. For through Christ, the example was best set as He became the perfect epistle of unconditional love. God Himself demonstrated a grave-defeating might through the power of humility and death to self.

Judges 6:12 (ESV) And the angel of the Lord appeared to him and said to him, “The Lord is with you, O mighty man of valor.”

Beloved, I AM with you. In every battle, with every tear, I never leave your side. For I have called and commissioned you, and I will not leave you helpless. You were created for such a time as this, so walk forth in bold confidence of who you are in Me.

Be not afraid of the plans I have for you, for I will not leave you friendless nor ill-equipped for what lies ahead. I AM faithful to prepare you and supply your every need. Trust Me. Trust My heart for you. And trust Me to lead.

1 Kings 18:44 (AMP) And at the seventh time the servant said, “A cloud as small as a man’s hand is coming up from the sea.” And Elijah said, “Go up, say to Ahab, ‘Prepare your chariotand go down, so that the rain shower does not stop you.’”

Beloved, step out in faith. Trust that I will meet you there. Know My instructions in your heart, and declare My words with your mouth. Then watch with eager expectation as I bring to fruition the promises at hand.

Refuse to be discouraged regardless how intimidating the foe. As long as you yield to Me, victory is assured. Stand tall in confident assurance, knowing I AM with you. I call you mighty warrior, and the hosts of heaven respond to your lead. Walk in the fullness of the mantle resting on you.

Isaiah 22:22 (NLT) I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.

Beloved, walk in the manner I have instructed and you walk in My authority. Walking in My authority means unmitigated access: the keys to the Kingdom. This is a conditional promise based on your choices and actions. You are always loved, but to be fully empowered you must walk rightly.

Reflect My character. Reflect My heart. Obey My word. Shine brightly. Yield to My Spirit. Know that I AM God. Operate from a place of love and compassion rather than one of judgment or pride.  Be My hands and feet to a lost and dying world. Be My love with skin on, for that is a more powerful force than you can imagine.

1 Corinthians 15:58 (VOICE) My dear brothers and sisters, stay firmly planted—be unshakable—do many good works in the name of God, and know that all your labor is not for nothing when it is for God.

Beloved, keep your hands to the labor I have entrusted you. Be not moved by what you see (or don’t see) in the natural, for I see the hearts of all and I instruct you accordingly. Simply respond in humble obedience trusting that your labor is not in vain and that My work will be accomplished in My perfect time.

In seed time and at harvest, I AM still God. Trust Me when the fruit is ripe and when the growth is occurring by faith beneath the surface. In every moment I AM at work and My presence is made known. Trust your hope in My hands, for I AM faithful.

Psalm 141:5 (AMP) Let the righteous [thoughtfully] strike (correct) me—it is a kindness [done to encourage my spiritual maturity]. It is [the choicest anointing] oil on the head; Let my head not refuse [to accept and acknowledge and learn from] it; For still my prayer is against their wicked deeds.

Beloved, I chasten those I love. Those who are humble and wise will receive it without complaint knowing it ultimately is given for their benefit. My sheep know My voice, beloved, so if correction comes without My breath on it or if you simply aren’t sure, ask Me and I will lovingly make My will known. I break down to build up. I wound that I might heal. I will not tear you down and abandon you or leave you hopeless. None who seek me are beyond My reach.

So willingly – even joyously – seek that which will grow and strengthen you. Godly correction not only shifts things into place, but it builds good character, so embrace it without fear or hesitation. It is not an indication that you are hopeless or worthless, but rather that you are loved and you are Mine.

Psalm 141:4 (VOICE) Don’t allow my deepest desires to steer me toward doing what is wrong or associating with wicked people Or joining in their wicked works or tasting any of their pleasures.

Beloved, be holy as I AM holy. Choose what is right and refuse to flirt with the line between what is right and wrong. Pursue righteousness. Set yourself up for success – flee from temptation and give it no place.

Fix your gaze on Me to understand the fullness of holiness, and then be like Me – for you are made in My image and called to shine brightly. Reflect Me. Reflect My character. Light the world with your holy blaze.

Psalm 141:3 (VOICE) Guard my mouth, O Eternal One; control what I say. Keep a careful watch on every word I speak.

Beloved, a fool can be known by the volume of His words, so be slow to speak and weigh each word knowing you will have to answer for each one. So choose to bless rather than curse, to build up rather than tear down, and to speak life rather than death. Resist the urge to indulge in careless or needless words, for you often may not understand their impact until it is too late.

The mouth speaks from the overflow of the heart, so tend the garden of your heart well. Refuse to allow bitterness, anger, or judgment to take root there. Meditate on that which is good. Choose joy and hope and love. Flow from that place and spread life to all those around you from the wellspring of your heart.

Psalm 1:1 (VOICE)  God’s blessings follow you and await you at every turn: when you don’t follow the advice of those who delight in wicked schemes, When you avoid sin’s highway, when judgment and sarcasm beckon you, but you refuse.

Beloved, be wise in the company you keep. Be intentional in fostering life-giving relationships that are rooted in a shared love of Me that you might grow together in the way I have intended.

Be mindful not to pull one another off course and be quick to restore each other in love when you stumble. Encourage one another to be your best self and to intentionally make choices that are righteous and pleasing to Me, for that is the path of life.

There is a time to connect with those who walk in a manner that opposes Me, but do so with the intention of releasing My light and love rather than allowing your own light to be diminished. You have been called for such a time as this. Shine brightly and love well.

A final Prophetic Nugget from Meghan Williams of Dyed4you Ministries is connected to this. It’s called “Key to the Kingdom: Walk in Wisdom.

Proverbs 21:22 (TPT) A warrior filled with wisdom ascends into the high place and releases regional breakthrough, bringing down the strongholds of the mighty.

Beloved, wisdom is worth pursuing. Ask Me and I will give it. Seek Me and have more. Gain it and victories come swifter and sweeter, insight becomes ever clearer, and happiness overflows. Wisdom is well worth the pursuit.

Wisdom begins with reverential fear of Me. The understanding that I AM God and you are not. A movement from self-dependence to complete reliance on Me. See where we can go – heights you cannot imagine and adventures beyond your imagination. Walk in wisdom, beloved, and that begins with pursuing Me.

You have entered a season where the Father is redefining your identity. He is calling you to look in His mirror and see what He sees in you. When you look in this mirror, the person you see may be far from the person you feel that you are. But keep in mind that that reflection is all the potential that Father God has hidden within in you. He calls those things that are not as though they were. And indeed, He is calling your hidden potential to come forth and causing it to manifest.

Like a caterpillar transforms into a butterfly, yield to the transformation process God is bringing into your life. Continue to give Him your “yes” and agree with His assessment of who you are called to be. When the fire of testing is turned up, proclaim as our Savior proclaimed, “Nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will(Matthew 26:39). Have a heart like David, and be one to relentlessly pursue the heart and the desires of God above all else. He will faithfully see you through and bring you forth as a pure golden vessel that is prepared for His purposes.

Father, may we pursue You relentlessly and reflect You rightly. May we shine brightly and walk in a way that is pleasing to You. You will not give us more than we can handle nor set us up for failure. We are victorious in You. We embrace your promises which are yes amen. May it all be to Your glory! Amen.
