Dream Again
March 2010 | Meghan

Dream Again represents a return to innocence — a restoration.
Matthew 18:3 instructs us that “unless you repent (change, turn about) and become like little children [trusting, lowly, loving, forgiving], you can never enter the kingdom of heaven [at all].”
The theme of the butterfly is repeated in this image as a representation of the rebirth that happens when we give our lives to the Lord and the beauty that appears as we surrender ourselves completely to His plan.
In this place of rebirth, we are released to revisit dreams often long since abandoned — dreams the Lord placed in our hearts, tender hopes which have been trampled and stolen by the enemy.
The scarf in this image is called Papa’s Princess. It represents our identity as His child. The colors in it are bright pink representing the Father’s heavenly care over the lilies of the field-His children, fuchsia representing joy, purple representing royalty, white representing innocence, silver shimmer representing purity, and purple halo shimmer representing the promised blessings of God. The scarf was anointed with the Scent of Heaven’s Butterfly Kisses.
I pray that you surrender completely to His restorative work and that you let the beauty of all He’s created you to be burst forth! I pray that your hope will be renewed and that you will allow yourself to dream again.
