Step Into the Blue – Dyed4you Art

Step into the Blue is based on a vision of encountering God, and stepping into the fullness of that even as we are wrecked – falling on our faces and crying out “holy holy holy!”

  • Revelation 4:8-11 (VOICE) These four living creatures, each of which had six wings and was covered with eyes—eyes on the outside and on the inside—did not cease chanting. All day and night they were singing. Four Living Creatures: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God who is the All Powerful, who was, and who is, and who is coming. And when the living creatures declared glory and honor and thanksgiving to the One seated on the throne, the One who lives throughout all the ages, the twenty-four elders fell prostrate before the One seated on the throne, worshiped the One who lives throughout all the ages, cast their golden wreaths before the throne, and chanted to Him. 24 Elders: Worthy are You, O Lord; worthy are You, O God, to receive glory and honor and power. You alone created all things, and through Your will and by Your design, they exist and were created.

This piece is based on a vision received by gateway:61 pastor, John Kramer. The vision occurred during the discussion with God about a powerful and troubling vision of the outer courts of hell which he had had a couple of weeks prior. The contrast of the two experiences made the beauty of the second encounter with God even more powerful.

He shared that as he said “yes” to God, suddenly a living wall of blue appeared before him. It was the most beautiful blue he’d ever seen and it appeared to be alive and in motion. He became aware that the Father was on the other side of it, and the realization was so overwhelming, he felt led to get face down on the carpet. He could feel the overwhelming love of the Father – His peace, His joy – incredibly powerful. As he shared the experience with the church, he likened it to what is shared in Revelation as the beasts and elders are overcome by the holiness of God. As you encounter the living God, you cannot help but crumble in His presence – so overwhelmed, the enormity near crushing yet glorious. And all of us will encounter this place, and we must choose.

A prophetic download from Christine Pearce is connected to this. It is called “River of Peace.”

Continue to pursue me: to pursue my words and pursue my presence. Immerse yourself in me. I am your everything. I am your supply. I will provide you with an abundance of whatever you need. Hold your hands open wide, turn your face to me, lift up your eyes to where your help comes. It is no longer a dry season. No longer will there be drops here and there. No longer will there be just trickles or tiny rivulets. At times you will find yourself in the rapids, but I am steering your raft, so relax, be at peace and enjoy the ride while staying responsive to my directions. Ask of me and I will live really give you the wisdom and knowledge you will need for your course ahead.

Psalm 28:6-7 (NLT) praise the Lord! For he has heard my cry for mercy. The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.

Another Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Carrier of My Living Water.”

Revelation 22:1 (VOICE) My heavenly guide brought me to the river of pure living waters, shimmering as brilliantly as crystal. It flowed out from the throne of God and of the Lamb,

Beloved, My living water flows fresh and clear from heaven – raining down on you. Raise your arms and open your heart and receive My flow. Drink deeply, beloved, and allow the refreshing, life-giving flow to saturate every area of your being and your life. You are a beautiful vessel, beloved, let Me fill you to overflowing.

And then, beloved, pour it forth on the dry and cracked people and places and situations around you. You are a conduit – a carrier of Me – to a lost and dying world who desperately need a touch from Me. Be that touch. Minister My love, My healing, My refreshing, My living water and bring forth life and life abundantly all around you.

A Word called “Dive Deep” from Elisa Eaton of Waiting in the Wings is connected to this.

Jeremiah 1:5 (AMPC) Before I formed you in the womb I knew [and] approved of you [as My chosen instrument], and before you were born I separated and set you apart, consecrating you; [and] I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.

Beloved, I have created you that I might know you. I have brought you forth that you might explore all the depths of who I am. I am love and it is My good pleasure that you would live forever immersed in Me. My love is endless and fathomless, far deeper than the oceans. I am worth knowing and take great joy when you pursue Me with all of your being.

In your encounters with Me, you will sense the depths of My nature, a world without end that beckons you to dive deeper and deeper. When you sense these depths, resist the urge to give into the fear of losing yourself in Me. Be a bold explorer of My heart, knowing that as you lose yourself in the waves of My love you will truly find yourself there. You will inevitably soak in more and more of My nature until you resonate with the sound of My voice. Dive deep, beloved, and let yourself be overwhelmed. In your pursuit of Me, allow yourself to be transformed into an instrument of My Love.

{sensing} a deep ocean in the darkness of night hours. The water is warm and gently lapping around you as you are suspended, floating in the midst of the deep. A place of vulnerability and complete trust, yet you feel completely safe knowing that, though unseen, you are in His hands. The moonlight reflects on the water like sparkling jewels and a warm breeze brushes your face like a caress. It’s a place of total surrender. You’re overtaken in the depths of His love. His love is like a tangible force. You can feel it filling in the cracks and wounds, bringing healing and restoration. Like the art of kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold so the formerly broken places now are the most beautiful. So His love is filling your hurts with a healing beauty that will make you even more radiant. His love glowing from your full heart.

A series of four Prophetic Nuggets from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams are connected to this. They’re based on Psalm 42:1, 5, 7-8 (VOICE): “My soul is dry and thirsts for You, True God, as a deer thirsts for water. Why am I so overwrought? Why am I so disturbed? Why can’t I just hope in God? Despite all my emotions, I will believe and praise the One who saves me and is my life. In the roar of Your waterfalls, ancient depths surge, calling out to the deep. All Your waves break over me; am I drowning? Yet in the light of day, the Eternal shows me His love. When night settles in and all is dark, He keeps me company— His soothing song, a prayerful melody to the True God of my life.”

The first is called “Unquenchable Fervor.”

Psalm 42:1 (VOICE) My soul is dry and thirsts for You, True God, as a deer thirsts for water.

Beloved, may your heart long for Me with an unquenchable fervor. May you soak in My presence as if your life depends on it – because it does. May your pursuit of Me be relentless, just as Mine is for you. And may you find peace in My presence, for it is there for you.

Where else would you go to assuage your desire? For no person or earthly thing can satisfy the longing in your soul. None but Me, beloved. So resist the urge to look to poor substitutes, and saturate yourself in the fullness of My love.

The second is called “Rest Weightlessly in the Ocean of My Love.”

Psalm 42:5 (VOICE) Why am I so overwrought? Why am I so disturbed? Why can’t I just hope in God? Despite all my emotions, I will believe and praise the One who saves me and is my life.

Beloved, resist the urge to allow tumultuous emotions to weigh you down. Instead, rest weightlessly in the ocean of My love. I AM your heart’s desire, and I AM Ruwm Rosh – the lifter of your head. Look to Me, and let Me meet each need.

I AM holy, beloved, and true to My word. Trust My heart for you. Press through with praise – regardless of circumstance, and see the outpouring of love I lavish upon the ones whose hearts seek fast after Me.

The third is called “Drown in My Depths.

Psalm 42:7 (VOICE) In the roar of Your waterfalls, ancient depths surge, calling out to the deep. All Your waves break over me; am I drowning?

Beloved, is there such a thing as too much of My love? Come drown in My depths. Be lulled in the flow of My Spirit. Be invigorated – My breath like bubbles against your skin. I AM El Shammah – the God who is present, and I AM always with you.

Press into Me and seek out the deep mysteries, for I will not withhold wisdom from those who ask. Be drawn deeper still, for there is no end to Me. Revelation upon revelation. Mercy beyond mercy. Love, endless love. Like a pool of swirling waves, happily drown in the pleasure of knowing and being known.

The fourth is called “YHVH Zimrath (the Lord your Song).”

Psalm 42:8 (VOICE) Yet in the light of day, the Eternal shows me His love. When night settles in and all is dark, He keeps me company— His soothing song, a prayerful melody to the True God of my life.

Beloved, quiet your soul and hear My song. Its strains whispering peace to those who would listen. Tune in to that golden flow. Let it wash over you. Let it be what mandates the cadence of your life.

Resist the urge to allow the chaos of the world to bring discord, but instead press in deeper, like a child burrowing into their parent’s shoulder – safe, secure, and loved in their arms. I AM your safety and I AM your song – YHVH Zimrath, the Lord your song.

A portion of a testimony called “Mighty Confirmation” is connected to this. The testimony is shared on the Dyed4you blog and is in reference to a special Seven Spirits of God streamer flag that was created. The whole testimony is a beautiful picture of God’s attention to detail, but the portion that connects to this piece has to do with the Spirit of Might. The dialogue explaining the connection between this testimony and this art piece is written by Meghan Williams.

As we birthed the word for this silk, God connected each color of the rainbow to one of the seven Spirits (this was confirmed through other prophetic ministries who has sensed the same connection). Whenever these special flags are created, each streamer is a different width reminding us that each of us flows differently (and in different strengths) in each of the seven Spirits. When the flag in the testimony was created an “accident” caused the already small blue area representing the Spirit of Might to be even smaller. As someone whose name means “great mighty one”, it bothered me significantly that this section was so small! I shared about the moment I realized how small my streamer representing the Spirit of Might was in the testimony online:

… the Spirit of Might was the one that troubled me the most because I know there are no accidents in God. He is sovereign. He knew I would have the accident and knew it would cause me to lose about 25% of my already narrow representation of might. So I was concerned that the blue strip, which had been my smallest already was now getting diminished further. As I continued sewing, I was expressing my concern about this to God. I even said, “I don’t like that I have so little blue!”

The Sunday following the flag’s creation (but while the word was still in progress) I took it to church and worshipped with it. At the end of service I specifically sensed that I was to have my pastor, John Kramer (whose vision inspired this art piece), pray for me. Below is how I shared what happened in the testimony.

I set the flag down approached Pastor John and told him I didn’t have a specific prayer request just knew I was supposed to come up. I could feel the anointing flowing before he even said a word… He went on to pray the Seven Spirits of God be perfectly manifested in me, and asked for an increase of each one by name and continued in such specificity to confirm details of the silk letter in progress. Then he said he was seeing an increase of blue “whatever that means” – I literally started laughing because he emphasized it several times having no idea the conversation I’d had with God about wanting more blue (Spirit of Might, the one I lost a good portion of during the creation). Later he shared he had heard “Blue Bayou” and knew it was a play on words for “Blue by you.” Our God is so fun!

As I began the creation of this art piece based on John’s vision, God kept connecting the blue of the vision with the Spirit of Might. The Lord is our strength, and as we “step into the blue” we are able to walk in the fullness of the power and authority He has for us as we are in relationship with Him. That power and authority comes from a deep place of intimacy and love. So choose to enter in. Choose to be saturated in His presence. Choose Him. And walk in the fullness of His love.

A final Prophetic Nugget from “Daily Downloads from Heaven” by Meghan Williams is connected to this. It’s called “Rainbow Waters (Seven Spirits of God).”

Isaiah 44:3 (NKJV) For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, And floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, And My blessing on your offspring;

Beloved, thirst for Me, for I will not leave you parched. I delight to saturate you with My Spirit – to flood you to overflowing that you might bless others in the overflow. Pour out without reserve knowing I AM faithful to pour in. Allow My Holy Spirit to bring forth abundant life, with beauty blooming forth even in the desert and the dry season.

For I give the only water that truly satisfies. Seek Me, beloved. Yield to My Spirit. Allow each facet to manifest in splendor in your life: My Spirit, Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Might, Knowledge, and a reverential fear of Me. Flow in each glorious stream, and let the rainbow waters flow in and through you bring glory and honor to Me.

Isaiah 44:3-4 (VOICE) Like a devoted gardener, I will pour sweet water on parched land, streams on hard-packed ground; I will pour My spirit on your children and grandchildren— and let My blessing flow to your descendants. And they will sprout among the grasses, grow vibrant and tall like the willow trees lining a riverbank.

The name of the silk hidden in this image is Revelation of the Lord. The colors in it are turquoise representing life-giving flow of the Holy Spirit, black representing deep calling unto deep, royal blue representing revelation knowledge, and pearl shimmer representing the blessing of God’s truth. The scripture that goes with this scarf is from Amos 3:7, “Surely the Lord God will do nothing without revealing His secret to His servants the prophets.” The meaning of the original words imply a close intimacy – that of two close friends sharing a quiet moment together on a couch.

May we choose God not out of a fear of what happens if we don’t, but rather from hearts overwhelmed with the glory of who He is and His deep and abiding love for us. May we live in the fullness of one who is loved so powerfully and completely. And may we reflect that love effectively that others may know Him more.
