Flavor Your World (Salt) reminds to be intentional in the flavor we spread that we might be an enticing savor that draws others to the Lord.

Matthew 5:13 (VOICE) [including commentary in italics and quotes] “Salt draws out the good flavors subtly hidden in food and preserves what would otherwise spoil, as do those who claim to be children of God.” You, beloved, are the salt of the earth. But if salt becomes bland and loses its saltiness, can anything make it salty again? No. It is useless. It is tossed out, thrown away, or trampled.
Psalm 34:8 (NKJV) Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
Leviticus 2:13 (VOICE) [including commentary in italics and quotes] You must salt every grain offering you bring so that the salt of your covenant with God will not be missing. You will season all of the offerings you present with salt. “In the ancient world, salt was a valuable substance. It was used for a variety of purposes: to preserve meats, promote healing, and seal friendships. When covenants were made, people celebrated with fine meals seasoned with salt and other spices. The permanence of salt symbolized the permanence of God’s covenant with His people (Numbers 18:19). Jesus echoes this covenant practice when He instructs His followers to be salt in the world (Matthew 5:13).”

Stay clear about the truth that is planted in your heart and don’t allow the pull of the world to distract you from the vision and purpose that grows from there. Your greatest joy and satisfaction will be found as you use what you create to bless others.

Illuminating Light reminds us our call as a believer is to reflect His light – to shine forth in His glory and love so that others may see Him and know He is God.

Matthew 5:14-16 (VOICE) And you, beloved, are the light of the world. A city built on a hilltop cannot be hidden. Similarly it would be silly to light a lamp and then hide it under a bowl. When someone lights a lamp, she puts it on a table or a desk or a chair, and the light illumines the entire house. You are like that illuminating light. Let your light shine everywhere you go, that you may illumine creation, so men and women everywhere may see your good actions, may see creation at its fullest, may see your devotion to Me , and may turn and praise your Father in heaven because of it .

Currents of His Love {Water} depicts that place of going deep with God. A place where you are seeking Him out and allowing yourself to be known. It is a place of deep devotion as the deep cries out to deep.
