He just wants us to know that He loves us with a love that speads further than the seas and he chases after us like the wind that blows through our hair:) hahaha He is ALWAYS NEAR, because He is a Fiercely Jealous Lover of His Brides!! Though not as "pretty" as the others - it speaks to the jealousy of God's love in the face of our own tendency to wander. I FEEL His jealousy as I look at this image and it overtakes me in such a sweet way... to know I can be so fiercely loved despite my enormous shortcomings... it moves me beyond words. I have a matted and framed 11x14 hanging on my wall where I can see it as I worship - I love it :) Hands down this is my favorite art piece.
